To respect both ‌our energy and time, please review the following bold commitments BEFORE you apply for Old Grad Strong Project.

I promise that I:

  • Can and will prioritize my health and devote at least 3 hours a week to improving my healthspan.

  • Can motivate myself without much handholding (although I reserve the right to ask for a swift kick in the pants when I really need it).

  • Have some experience with training, and only need some coaching to make sure I’m using proper form and technique.

  • Do not have pronounced movement imbalances or limitations that require skilled rehabilitation or extensive one-on-one coaching.

  • Can hold myself accountable and stay true to my commitment.

  • Am not looking for a quick fix. I want to prepare and build a body that’ll carry me through the best years of my life.

  • Am ready to make a significant investment, both financially and with my time, in my health and healthspan and will make an informed and confident decision to move forward, if my application is accepted.

  • Am reasonably adept with common technologies like apps and video conferencing.

  • Lastly, I am beyond tired of feeling stuck and overwhelmed and will stop blaming my busyness for why have not been moving forward.

Paul Reilly (USMA ‘89) and wife Julie (certified nutrition coach and personal trainer) believe midlife can and should be the beginning of the best years of life.

Together, they’ve built a thriving kickass community of “Old Grads” and their spouses who are devoted to optimizing their healthspan and doing a bunch of cool sh*t with their hard earned fitness.

Since 2017, with MidStrong, and now with Old Grad Strong Project, they’ve been providing realistic, sustainable, and massively effective Healthspan Coaching for their members all over the country.
