Shout-out to MidStrong’s strength and conditioning program: Paul customizes the app-based workouts based on your goals and current situation. The app is very easy to use with videos of each workout and a written description if needed. The workouts are very good in developing the entire body, and texting in the app means questions are answered quickly. One can quickly rate each workout, which Paul then uses in developing the next month’s plan. Add to that the FaceTime calls with Paul, and one has a very tailored workout program with much variety for the fraction of the cost of a traditional gym membership + trainer.
Even after COVID, I won’t rejoin a gym—this program is so good. And if you need it, Julie offers nutritional coaching as well.
I can’t say how much I have enjoyed this program, and I feel stronger and healthier because of it.
